Refund Policy

1. Returns

• You may return unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery
• Items must have all original tags attached
• Ice packs must be unused and in original sealed packaging
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund within 5 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at support@icedballz.com with photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund including shipping.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange. You'll only pay for shipping the new item to you.

5. How to Start a Return

1. Email support@icedballz.com with your order number
2. We'll reply with a return shipping address
3. Pack the items securely and ship them back
4. We'll process your refund once received

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Worn or washed underwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Items returned after 30 days
• Items without original packaging
