Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide — US, Europe, Canada, Australia and more. Flat rate shipping on all orders.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

3. Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the carrier's website. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
4. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. We cannot predict or control these charges.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and your local post office
- Wait 3 business days (carriers sometimes mark as delivered early)
- Contact us at support@icedballz.com
We'll work with you to resolve the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement at no charge.
6. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, email us immediately at support@icedballz.com. We can only update the address before the order ships.
